What's the refund policy for items returned after 30 days?
Knowledge Assist
For returns received after 30 days, customers are eligible for a store credit only - not a cash refund. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Exceptions apply for faulty goods, which remain covered by the statutory guarantee regardless of return date.
